Arnold Noronha founded Modern Interpreters to build tools that drastically improve developer experience. Arnold previously worked at Facebook building developer tools, and has worked at startups and at Google back in 2010. He considers himself an Android expert, and has built well-received open source tools such as Screenshot tests (and has talked at DroidCon about the same)
